Return Policy

At Boston Mills, we are committed to ensuring our customers are delighted with their purchases. If, for any reason, your order is not as expected, we are pleased to offer an exchange or refund, excluding the original delivery cost, provided the products are returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note, this policy does not apply to custom-crafted or special-order products.

How to Return Goods:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please inform us via email at support@bostonmills.net or call us at 214-666-6647 within 30 days of receiving your goods.
  2. Return Collection:

Conditions:

  • Returns are only accepted in the original packaging and in saleable condition.
  • Items must be in "as-new" condition. If damage is evident, Boston Mills reserves the right to charge a reasonable restoration fee.
  • Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value less an 18% restocking fee. This fee may be reduced or waived in the case of an exchange or at our discretion to maintain customer satisfaction.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours or before sign-off in the case of damaged furniture via email at support@bostonmills.net or call us at 214-666-6647.
  • Provide a photograph of the damage and a brief description.
  • We will collaborate with Guardsman to fix any manufacturing defects. If feasible, repairs may be conducted on-site for your convenience. If the item is unrepairable or confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will either repair the item, provide a replacement, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.

Made-to-Order Items:

  • Items made especially for your purchase cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This includes bespoke upholstery, cabinetry, and fabric orders.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within four working days of receipt of the item. You will be notified by email once processed. Depending on your bank's terms, the refund should appear in your account within 7-14 working days.

Exclusions:

  • This policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through our website, bostonmills.net. For items acquired through other showrooms or websites, please contact the original place of purchase for returns. Should any issues arise in this process, reach out to us for assistance.
