Change-of-Mind Returns: If you've changed your mind and wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 18% restocking fee applies. The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, saleable condition.

- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 4 working days of receiving the item. You will be notified once the refund is processed, and it should appear in your account within 7-14 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Please note that custom-crafted or special-order items (e.g., bespoke upholstery, cabinetry) are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival. Refunds are processed within 4 working days after receiving the item in its original condition. Depending on your bank's policies, refunds may take 7-14 working days to appear in your account.
