LEO - Set of 2

Sale price$2,710.00 Regular price$9,645.00

The Regency style has inspired this exotic armchair. It features padded arms and back in an off-white and beige damask fabric.

The highlight of the chair is the meticulously carved lion monopodia on each arm. Handmade and hand-finished in solid rosewood.

Roman furniture was the first to see the lion monopodia, and it was later revived by designers such as Thomas Hope during the late eighteenth century. The use of these classical design elements helped establish the 'English Empire' element in Regency furniture.

BOSTON MILLS

Every piece of Boston Mills furniture tells a story. It's not just about the wood and materials. It's about the hours, the craftsmanship, and the love that goes into each piece. When you touch our furniture, you can feel the difference. That's because we don't just make furniture—we set the standard.

EXCEPTIONAL MATERIELS

Our craftsmanship revolves around selecting only the finest, like the distinctive black rosewood known for its signature patterns. This commitment guarantees that every piece from Boston Mills stands unique.

TIME-HONORED CRAFTSMANSHIP

With a nod to tradition, our skilled artisans employ methods passed down through centuries. From the foundations of each piece to the meticulous detailing, every step pays homage to the rich legacy of furniture-making.

MASTERFUL FINISHES

Every Boston Mills creation is a labor of love, right down to its final sheen. We accentuate the wood's innate allure with careful hand-sanding, staining, and multiple layers of hand-rubbed finishing, ensuring each piece resonates beauty and sophistication.

GLIMMERS OF BRASS

At Boston Mills, we infuse our designs with the lustrous charm of brass inlays. This gleaming metal, reminiscent of gold, complements the deep allure of rosewood, crafting an opulent ensemble.
